Yael Nachajon is a Licensed Clinical Social Worker who works with individuals and couples. Her therapeutic approach is compassionate, creative, and collaborative, grounded in the belief that meaningful change begins in a non-judgmental space that invites curiosity and self-exploration. Yael partners with clients to identify and shift emotional patterns that no longer serve them, supporting greater authenticity, insight, and emotional well-being.
In her work with couples, Yael helps partners clarify the relational dynamics shaping their connection and interrupt unproductive communication cycles. She supports couples in repairing past wounds and creating new pathways toward understanding, trust, and deeper connection.
Yael holds a Master of Social Work from Columbia University and a Bachelor of Arts in Psychology, along with a Certificate in Dance, from Princeton University.
